Women's Typographical Union

If the women of Fart & Design were alive during the 1900's, I'm sure they would have been on this float. Go typography!

The New York Times:

"Women's Union Float, 1909: A float representing the Woman's Auxiliary Typographical Union travels along Fifth Avenue during a Labor Day parade in New York, 1909."

You can kinda see a little boy sitting on the lap of the second last woman in the float (in white). I think that's my great grandfather.

i guess that lee harvey character on the second floor of that building liked typography as well, as i don't see a rifle.
